人际情绪互动研究室
The Affect Dynamics in Relationships Lab (ADR-Lab) seeks to understand how people express and regulate emotions during social interactions including parent-child interactions, peer interactions, teacher-student interactions, and even stranger interactions. The primary goal of our research is to understand how emotions manifest in relationships and contribute to wellbeing and how family, school, community, and cultural contexts shape the development of social and emotional skills. We examine social and emotional processes from behavioral, physiological, and psychological perspectives. Our lab includes state of the art facilities and programs for collecting and analyzing observational, physiological, interview, and survey data. We are working on various cross-sectional and longitudinal datasets from both the United States and China.

Lab NEWS 研究室动态：
1. ADR lab is recruiting postdoctoral research fellows who share similar research interests, particularly in the area of emotion socialization, physiological regulation of emotion, and socio-emotional development.

2. We are preparing the followup data collection (the 5th wave) of Nanjing MetroTeen project. We have finished the data collection (the 7th wave) of Nanjing MetroBaby project. We are coding Chinese parents' emotion socialization practices and examining how parental ES and child and adolescent developmental outcomes.
南京都市项目青少年Cohort第五波数据收集正在筹划中，婴幼儿Cohort第七波数据收集已经圆满结束。我们正在对中国父母对儿童青少年的情绪反应行为进行编码。研究室特别关注父母对儿童青少年情绪社会化行为和社会情绪能力发展结果的关系。
3. We have finished the development of programs of Social and Emotional Learning for Chinese migrant children and have also finished the evaluation of program. We are now analyzing the evaluation data.
上海外来务工人员随迁子女社会情绪能力干预项目已经圆满结束，我们完成了小学阶段5个年级社会和情绪能力培训课程的开发，也已经完成了项目评估。我们现在正在分析项目评估数据。
